Communicating with busy business owners in the Parkdale Business Improvement Area (including some for whom English was not a first language) required the use of high-impact visuals to convey information about local markets, community safety and collective interests. I developed a series of attention-grabbing infographics to ensure our membership could benefit from our research and the local resources available to them.
